The mistake

People fixate on a single 'lucky' number and ignore the period. We entered Period 9 (2024–2043), which re-rated every building. A chart auspicious in Period 8 may now need re-tuning — the stars moved on.

What the classics actually say

Each palace of the home carries three numbers: the mountain star (people, health, relationships), the water star (wealth, opportunity), and the base star of the period. Auspicious combinations invite specific fortunes; troublesome ones — the 2, 5 and their pairings — invite illness or loss.

Getting it right

You read a Flying Star chart by overlaying the nine-square grid on your floor plan, aligned to the true compass facing, then judging which activities each sector supports. Bedrooms want good mountain stars; a wealth star at the door welcomes income.
