Feng Shui
Do you face a lucky direction while working?
Why this matters — Your Sheng Qi (success) direction, from your Gua number, is worth facing for important work and negotiations — a small alignment with large compounding effect.
Five Elements
Which element do you feel most drawn to?
Why this matters — The element you're drawn to is often your favourable element — the one that balances your chart. Wear its colours, face its direction, and the day tilts your way.
Feng Shui
Do you keep a water feature at home or work?
Why this matters — Water governs wealth flow in Feng Shui — but placement is everything. Water in a prosperous facing star brings gain; in the wrong palace it can wash fortune away.
Wealth
Where do you keep the money/wealth of your home?
Why this matters — Classical Feng Shui names a 'wealth corner' (often the far-left of the main door view). A stable, clean, well-lit spot for value symbolises stored, undisturbed fortune.
Career
How often do you feel 'in flow' with your work?
Why this matters — Flow often tracks your Output element — the element your Day Master produces. Work that lets you express it feels effortless; work against it drains.
Beliefs
Do you believe your birth time shapes your life?
Why this matters — BaZi and Zi Wei Dou Shu both need the birth HOUR — it sets the Hour Pillar and the ascendant palace. The same day, different hour, gives a very different chart.
Feng Shui
Which direction does the head of your bed point?
Why this matters — In Eight Mansions (Ba Zhai), sleeping with your head toward one of your four auspicious directions supports rest and recovery. Your best direction depends on your Gua number.
Self
Which life area matters most to you this year?
Why this matters — In BaZi, each area maps to an element relationship — wealth is what your Day Master controls, career is what controls it. Knowing your favourable element tells you where to push.
